Selection Process
Initial Screening: Evaluation of submitted documents to ascertain whether the candidates meet the eligibility criteria.

Final Selection: The final decision will be based on the overall assessment of the candidate’s qualifications, experience, and performance in the interview or any other Selection criteria fixed by the NIFT / Selection Committee.
