Eligibility Criteria
Senior Deputy General Manager: MBA (HR) / Post Graduate Degree / Post Graduate Diploma in Management (HR) or equivalent (Full-time course only). Minimum 11 years of post-qualification experience at the level of E2 / L9 or above for officers presently working in CPSEs / PSUs / Central Government / State Government.
